Our cleaning process ensures your property looks and feels perfect for every guest.

Our turnover cleaning includes both a thorough general clean and light deep cleaning as standard. In short-term rentals, the goal is simple: every guest should walk into a property that feels completely spotless. Rather than offering multiple tiers of cleaning, we take care of the important details during each visit so small issues never build up over time.
To keep the property in the best possible condition long term, we recommend a deep clean every 3 months

If a maintenance issue arises we will liaise with relevant handymen to provide you with the problem, price, date and time and if accepted their contact details to arrange payment directly.
note- we will ONLY offer to schedule a maintenance person if a problem is suspected DURING the clean and we ONLY offer to arrange ONE maintenance ONE time visit per issue.

You will receive a cleaning report after each turnover that includes guest condition, any damage/maintenance and detailed pictures of your property.

We will provide 2 additional sets of towels over the number of guests allowed in your listing.
Because the cost of off-site laundry is included in our turnover cleaning price, the linen service is a small additional cost. Many of our clients have opted for the linen service, due to the time and cost savings of maintaining their own linen inventory.
Never worry about charging a guest for damaged or missing linen inventory. We bear the responsibility for replacing missing/damaged items, and will always make sure your space has what it needs

We offer to provide the main restocking items as part of our premium cleaning service however, We are aware there may be some items specific to your Short term rental you would like for us to cover , so on the onboarding call we can discuss what additionally your property will specifically need to be restocked with.
